CANCELLATION POLICY

Please inform me promptly if you anticipate being unable to make your scheduled appointment. - Deposits are refundable if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. - Deposits will be retained for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. - Clients who fail to show up without prior notice ("no call/no show") will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.
